Sandy Mayor Stan Pulliam Renews Call to Reclaim Presidential Statues in Sandy
Sandy, OR — On the heels of the news of the Elk Statue being returned, today Sandy Mayor Stan Pulliam renewed his offer to the City of Portland to reclaim the Presidential statues they abandoned:
"Woke politicians in Portland have waited almost two years to restore the statues of our great Presidents Washington, Lincoln, and Teddy Roosevelt," said Mayor Stan. "This is just another visible sign of the power Antifa and other violent rioters have over Portland. The City of Sandy's offer still stands. If you won't honor our heroic presidents, we will take the statues."
Until action is taken by the City of Portland, Mayor Stan's campaign placed signs at the three locations where the presidential statues formerly stood as reminders of the history left in disarray by the city's extreme woke leaders.
Stan Pulliam is the two term, nonpartisan Mayor of Sandy.
He is running for governor in the 2022 election.
